 Penny has 30 years experience in the Spa Industry. From beauty therapist to proprietor of her own chain of Salons. She established a Health and Beauty Training Academy.
She moved to Asia 16 years ago and became active in the South East Asia Cultures. She has managed several Spa’s in Asia plus Spa Director for an Internationally recognized Destination Spa.
She now lives in Bali where she has set up Bali BISA with the aim of bringing International Training Standards to Bali. With her wide experience of business development, she will be handling daily operations and all Management Training Courses.
 Ayu from Bali began her career in the Spa Industry in 2002 Having worked in several Spa’s in Bali as a therapist, receptionist then Spa Manager . She became a Spa trainer now of 3 years standing. Her dedication to teaching the Traditional and International Therapy’s to local students and overseas students to world class standard is unsurpassed.
Tri is an Indonesian and has been working in the hospitality industry since 1994 and working in the Spa Industry for almost 10 years.
His knowledge covers development of Spa Products and International Spa Operations. Tri has traveled extensively to increase his knowledge of treatments from around the world. His personal interest lies in alternative therapies and there history dating back through the century’s. This has ultimately added to his skills as a Trainer. Tri has worked as a Management Consultant for Spa’s, Restaurant’s and Villa’s since 2003. Some of the locations have been Bali, Maldives and Japan.
