The Bali International Spa Accreditation (Bali BISA) was founded by Ms Penny Ellis in January 2006. Bali BISA is located in the heart of Sanur on the east coast of the magical island of Bali.  Penny (known as Ibu) began her career in the United Kingdom gaining International qualifications in Hairdressing and Beauty (City & Guilds) and continued to improve her qualification by completing post graduate studies at the Confederation of International Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology (C.I.B.T.A.C.) progressing to Teacher and Trainer. Penny’s 35 years experience in the Industry includes recent resume as follows, • Owner/Founder of Bali BISA Sanur Bali • Spa Director at Pangkor Laut Resort (5 star Island Resort off mainland Malaysia) • Spa Start up Consultant and Spa Product Development Consultant. • Spa Owner (Chain of Salons in the United Kingdom, Penelope’s Secrets LTD UK) which quickly developed to 6 Salons and a training school. Penelope’s Secrets became an internationally recognised Health and Beauty Training Academy in United Kingdom. • Spa Manager at Ozmosis, Kuala Lumpur Malaysia.
